The Signal in Theaters Tomorrow!
All right, seriously, no more screwing around. “>The Signal (review) opens in theaters tomorrow, February 22nd, and we just learned that Magnolia Pictures has added an assload of theaters to the original, somewhat paltry list.
What that means for you is that there’s a really good chance it’s going to be playing somewhere near you, so you need to make sure you get out there and see it. This weekend. Don’t fuck around cause we don’t know how long it’ll last in theaters without our support, and this is a movie that more than deserves our support.
In case you’re not sure what it’s about: The Signal is the story of three people involved in a twisted love triangle, trying to make it out of the fictional city of Terminus on New Year’s Eve after a signal broadcast over every TV, radio and phone causes anyone who hears or sees it to go a bit crazy. The film’s broken up into three “transmissions”, each helmed by a different director. And it’s brilliant.
