Second Zombie Attack
I don’t think I’ve seen a comic series come out this slowly since Black Hole, which took over a decade to finally get done. Hopefully When Zombies Attack! won’t suffer the same fate, but at this rate one never knows.
The announcement came down today that Issue 2 of When Zombies Attack! is now slated for release this November, following the debut of Issue 1 at last year’s San Diego Comic Con. This time out, creators Chad Waters and Matt Rose will be joined by Hellboy and Monster House storyboard artist Simeon Wilkins, who will be handling all the art duties for Issue 2.
For those not in the know, PMAC: When Zombies Attack! is a short film created by Waters and Rose many moons ago, which is basically an episode of “Cops” with zombies. It’s funny as hell and will hopefully someday see a legitimate release, but for now you can check it out on iFilm for nuthin.
