‘You’ll Never Find Me’ Exclusive Clip: Mysteries In The Shower
There’s something so special about a single-location, tiny-cast horror movie that feels like the world’s most haunted play. Watching two people orbit around each other as they try to suss out the other’s vibe while flashes to the past hint at a much darker narrative is, at least for me, deeply satisfying. And Australian filmmakers Josiah Allen and Indianna Bell have achieved just that in their Shudder exclusive film You’ll Never Find Me.
In the film,
“An isolated man living at the back of a desolate caravan park is visited by a desperate young woman seeking shelter from a violent storm. As the savage storm worsens, these solitary souls begin to feel threatened—but who should really be afraid?”
Watch our exclusive clip from the film, involving a hellish shower and an increasing amount of tension between a young woman and the man who shelters her in a storm:
In his review of the film from the 2023 Tribeca Film Festival, Dread Central’s Josh Korngut wrote,
“You’ll Never Find Me is a stunning debut feature from a talented creative duo who has style and nuance to spare. However, the most engaging storytellers here may just be Rock and Cowan, who dance so closely and so intimately it almost makes you want to look away.”
The single-location horror film stars Brendan Rock and Jordan Cowan. Allen and Bell direct from a script by Bell.
You’ll Never Find Me comes exclusively to Shudder on March 22, 2024.
