‘Allegoria’ Exclusive Clip: Sometimes Your Date Just Isn’t Into Your Art

Allegoria

Art is hell. As a writer, I know this intimately. Yet, us artists still love every minute of what we do. It’s a strange life we lead and Powerman 5000’s frontman Spider One knows that. That’s why he’s making his directorial debut with Allegoria. This anthology film tackles different artists’ struggles with the process and the horrors that manifest.

In Allegoria, “A group of artists’ lives become unwittingly entangled as their obsessions and insecurities manifest monsters, demons, and death.”

We got an exclusive look at the film, specifically looking at Scout Taylor-Compton’s (Rob Zombie’s Halloween) segment. She’s showing off her special brand of photography to a date. And he’s not as impressed as she hoped.

Krsy Fox, Adam Busch, and Bryce Johnson also star in the film. Scout Compton (Halloween). The film was written and directed by Spider One (Powerman 5000).

Allegoria hits On Demand and Shudder on August 2, 2022.
