Fatal Frame Now Available on the PlayStation Network

Post Thumb:

Good news for fans of the PlayStation 2 and original Xbox! One of the single most terrifyingly scary video games ever, Fatal Frame, is now available for sale on the PlayStation Network to play on your PlayStation 3.

Having just recently bought a PlayStation 2 (which I have dubbed my Spirit Box) just to play the Fatal Frame series again, I can tell you first hand it’s worth every penny. This is easily the closest you’ll ever come to actually ghost hunting in the comfort of your own home and despite its age, the game STILL holds up. Let’s hope we’ll also see the release of Fatal Frame II and Fatal Frame III. Simply put that would be epic. Just epic.

Fatal Frame, a horror-adventure game, leaves its victims breathless as they become immersed in a world of supernatural spirits and sheer terror. Guided by her sixth sense and armed only with an antique camera, Miku sets out to solve the mystery of her brother’s sudden disappearance. As the story unfolds, she discovers gruesome details about the Himura mansion’s troubled past. The property and surrounding area have a dark history involving grisly murders, an evil cult, and restless spirits.
