1677 Round Top Road, in Burrillville, Rhode Island, was once the home of the Perrons—a family who claimed the house was haunted by a 19th-century witch named Bathsheba. Claims of ghostly happenings were investigated by famed paranormal researchers/demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren. This became the inspiration for James Wan’s The Conjuring, released in 2013.
Over the years, The Conjuring House (as it’s often called) has been re-opened to teams of paranormal investigators. But if you’d like to do more than watch a special or visit the location, you’re in luck: 1677 Round Top Road can be yours to own for a cool $1.2 million.
The property is currently listed on the Mott & Chace/Sotheby’s International Realty website. The company’s released the video below.
