You’ll Never Make It Out of the HOUSE OF QUARINTINE!

It is eerily uncanny the way that life can imitate art. Especially living in 2021, all of us can relate to the horrors of a global pandemic. Something that we once believed was more likely to happen in science fiction and horror films than to be experienced in our own lives.

This is exactly what happened when a group of filmmakers set out to make a movie during a once in a century global pandemic. You know that you are on to something when the lines between reality and cinema begin to blur.

So much so, that when the cast and crew finished the days scenes in Arizona and headed home for the evening they were required to show their call sheets to authorities as proof of employment. It is because of this that the scenes of tension, fear and paranoia in the film are all the more palpable.

Director Mitesh Patel says, “We shot HOUSE OF QUARANTINE during the pandemic with a limited cast, location, and limited days. It was a tricky production, but we pulled it off. In the script there was a scene of looting and rioting and during the production, it actually happened right next to where we were filming, and we used some actual footage from these events to give our film that extra layer of authenticity. It was scary, and our cast did an incredible job considering the circumstances surrounding our production. Audiences will completely identify with these characters. It’s an exciting, scary film, and I think we pulled off a really fantastic thriller for our uncertain times.”

House Of Quarintine is written and directed by Mitesh Kumar Patel(The Man In The Maze), The film stars Drew Leatham (Project Walk Again), Philip P. Carlisle (Prankster) and Zoey Walker (The Regulars)

Synopsis:
Nine people have been locked down together in a house while trying to shoot a movie. Unknowingly, one of their group is infected with COVID-19. The next three weeks become a life and death struggle for survival with no help from the outside amidst a global pandemic and national chaos.
