Spooky Horror Comic ARGENT Debuts Online For Free

If you’re in the mood for some spooky reading material to kick off the new year, you might be interested in the new comic Argent, from acclaimed horror writers Thom Burgess and Toby Meakins. The ten-page book is now available for free on the Ghosterworld website, so there’s no excuse not to check it out.

Argent takes place in Massachusetts in the 1700s, and while it’s only a few pages long, the story is still bound to send shivers down your spine. The story focuses on a young boy and his grandfather who encounter deadly supernatural forces deep in the woods, and needless to say, there isn’t a happy ending. Fans of the previous Ghoster comics by Burgess and Meakins will recognize some elements from the shared universe within Argent, and the haunting illustrations by David Romero also help to give this book an edge that most other horror comics lack, so readers will certainly not be forgetting Argent in a hurry.

This is one horror comic we think our readers will love, and the nasty twist ending will certainly haunt your nightmares long after you reach the end. And if Argent leaves you hungry for more, rest assured that more Ghosterworld comics will be released in the near future.
