Michael Caine Dubs TENET the ‘Best Action Film Ever’

Christopher Nolan’s Tenet with John David Washington and Robert Pattinson is coming soon. And today, co-star Michael Caine (Jaws: The Revenge) took to Twitter to praise the film as nothing short of the best action film ever.

He writes: “Chris Nolan has done it again. Tenet is the best action film ever.”

Check it out below.

PG-13 for violence and intense action, the film (currently) sports an 83% approval rating over on Rotten Tomatoes with a Critics Consensus that reads: A visually dazzling puzzle for film lovers to unlock, Tenet serves up all the cerebral spectacle audiences expect from a Christopher Nolan production.

Washington and Pattinson’s co-stars include Elizabeth Debicki, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Clémence Poésy, Michael Caine, and Kenneth Branagh (Frankenstein).

Here’s the official synopsis: John David Washington is the new Protagonist in Christopher Nolan’s original sci-fi action spectacle “Tenet.” Armed with only one word—Tenet—and fighting for the survival of the entire world, the Protagonist journeys through a twilight world of international espionage on a mission that will unfold in something beyond real time. Not time travel. Inversion.
