Robert Kirkman Assures WALKING DEAD Fans Pandemic Perfecting Rick Grimes Movie

Yesterday, we let you guys know that despite a pause in production due to COVID-19, that The Walking Dead flick with Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) is “coming along in a big way.” And today, creator Robert Kirkman assured fans that the first film is still happening.
Kirkman says: “I would say that, if anything, the pandemic is going to make a lot of movies better. I think the Rick Grimes movie chief among them, just because we’re getting a lot more time to cook this thing and make sure it’s perfect. I don’t want anyone to think that we’re just kind of waiting around for this pandemic to end.”
Good to know!
The trilogy and will reveal what happened to Rick and (maybe) Pollyanna McIntosh’s Anne after they board the infamous helicopter.
