Get Ready for New High-Concept Survival Thriller About…JET SKI?

I don’t know about you guys, but I dug both 47 Meters Down and it’s stilly-titled sequel 47 Meters Down: Uncaged. And so I’m interested in today’s title Jet Ski, which is being dubbed a high-concept survival thriller in the vein of the above-mention shark-attack flicks.
Wait, a survival thriller about… jet skis? I know, I know. But stick with me here. Written by Nick Saltrese (A Prayer Before Dawn) Jet Ski follows a group of spring-breakers in Mexico for whom the holiday of a lifetime turns into a horror story.
Okay, that’s still not much to go on, but Screen Daily lets us know that UK sales outfit Altitude Film Sales will introduce the project to buyers at AFM, which is directed by James Nunn, who fittingly served as second-unit director on – you guessed it – 47 Meters Down.
Andrew Prendergast produces the film for Vitality Visual Effects UK. The flick is currently in pre-production and is all set to kick off shooting in the Dominican Republic early next year.
