YouTube Channel Creates BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA-Themed Cocktail

Fun fact about me: there’s a solid chance that at least 60% of my YouTube subscriptions are based around food and beverages. I just love seeing all the different ways people cook food and make drinks because I tend to incorporate those methods into my own culinary adventures. It’s how I learned how to make this absolutely killer recipe from Gennaro Contaldo and it’s how I mocked together my own Hannibal-themed leg of lamb. Y’know, since I couldn’t procure Eddie Izzard’s leg with any ease.

All of this is to highlight the YouTube channel How To Drink, which creates really interesting cocktails set against a fun, informative video. And recently, they uploaded a video where they created the “Six Demon Bag” cocktail, inspired by John Carpenter’s brilliant Big Trouble in Little China.

Here’s the recipe, in case you can’t watch the video:
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Lime Juice
Two Dashes of Elemakule Tiki Bitters
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Ginger Syrup
.75 oz. -or- 22 ml. Baijiu
2 oz. -or- 60 ml. Appleton Estate 12 year Rum
Shake and decant with Dry Ice
Serve up

However, I strongly suggest watching the full video because they definitely put a lot of love into their videos and they deserve the recognition!
