Exclusive Trailer for ALIVE Brings Maddening Medical Terror

We’ve just seen the trailer for Alive, the latest film from Rob Grant (Mon Ami, Fake Blood), and now it’s time to pick our jaws up off the floor. It’s proof that a compelling story doesn’t have to be overflowing with special effects of lofty concepts to strike a powerful chord with horror fans. Give it a spin and the bottom of the article.

Synopsis:
Alive is a self-contained three-hander horror/thriller feature from Vamanos Films and 775 Media Corp shot on location in Calgary, AB. Directed by Rob Grant, written by Jules Vincent and Chuck McCue, and starring Thomas Cocquerel, Camille Stopps, and Angus Macfadyen.  Jon Sheinberg (Passenger 57, Hard to Kill) and The Machine are handling sales.

Director Grant’s last two films Mon Ami and Fake Blood played to packed houses and rave reviews on the genre festival circuit, including Fantasia, Raindance, and Dead by Dawn.

Cocquerel stars as The Male Patient, badly injured from an unknown event and trying to piece together his checkered past.

Stopps stars as The Female Patient, recovering from terrible trauma and dead set on reuniting with her daughter. Stopps is a starring member of the sketch comedy show Guilt Free Zone and can be seen alongside Tim Rozon in the upcoming feature Beginner’s Luck.
