Howard Wants More JURASSIC PARK Characters in JURASSIC WORLD 3
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom stomped into theaters this past summer and it came with a big finale act in which (***SPOILERS***) the dinos were let out into the wild – truly creating a Jurassic World.
Now, franchise lead heroine Bryce Dallas Howard talks a bit about what we can expect from the upcoming Jurassic World 3.
“In terms of the third movie, the goal overall is to bring the entire saga together,” Howard tells Cinema Blend. “It’ll be the sixth film at the end of the day. For me, what I’m most wanting, other than an undercut, is for there to be more characters from the earlier films.”
Sounds good to us! But what is this “undercut” she speaks of?
“I’ve been lobbying for Claire to get an undercut [radical hairstyle] and I think that’s not going to happen,” Howard says. “I don’t think she’s going to become an eco-terrorist.”
I can only hope – and speculate – that Howard is talking about Laura Dern’s returns as Dr. Ellie Sattler. Sure Sam Neill’s Alan Grant is welcome back too, but I HOPE she means Laura Dern. Fingers crossed! Are you excited for part 3? What did you think of part 2? Make sure to hit us up and let us know what you think in the comments below or on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram!
The third entry’s script will be directed once again by Colin Trevorrow (Jurassic World) from a script written by Emily Carmichael and Trevorrow and based off a story by Trevorrow and Derek Connolly. Steven Spielberg and Trevorrow will return to executive produce, along with producers Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley.
Jurassic World 3 will roam freely into theaters June 11, 2021.
