The Saws Become Visible

Double Dip TimeI’ve got to hand it to Lionsgate. They’ve really marketed this whole Saw franchise pretty well. In fact, they’ve turned one film into a reason to dump many other horror films out onto the DVD market. I know because I get them all to review. It is just too bad none of them are ever up to the same caliber or quality of the above mentioned series. That’s kind of sad in itself…

But moving on, Fangoria today got a box full of goods, thanks to Lionsgate, in the form of two images of the upcoming director’s cut of Saw III and the Saw trilogy box set. The box art for Saw III (review) doesn’t look all that amazing, but the 6-disc collection promises a bit more bang for the buck with a 3D puppet head box.

We’ve already covered the special features found on III‘s newest dip (Yes New Saw III Cut, No 3D Dead! – August 06, 2007) and once again the Director’s Cut is still not available for pre-order, but you can still get the Saw box set at our Evilshop!
