Alien: River of Pain Tells the Story of the LV-426 Colonists

In celebration of the upcoming Alien Day (April 26th, aka 4-26), a brand new audio dramatization is being released by the name of Alien: River of Pain. Written by Christopher Golden and directed by Dirk Maggs, the audiobook tells the story of the colonists on LV-426, the planet from Alien and Aliens, prior to the events of the second film.
The story will also introduce the origin of Newt, according to Indiewire.
The cast of Alien: River of Pain features Anna Friel, Philip Glenister, Colin Salmon, Marc Warren, Michelle Ryan, William Hope and Alexander Siddig. A snippet of the audiobook can be heard below while the full release will available on April 26th.
