The new flick from J.A. Bayona, A Monster Calls, has gotten itself a new release date: It will be arriving one week later than originally anticipated. Look for it in theaters on October 21st.
Felicity Jones, Sigourney Weaver, Toby Kebbell, Lewis MacDougall, and Liam Neeson star. A Monster Calls was written by Patrick Ness, based on his award-winning children’s fantasy novel.
Synopsis:
Twelve-year-old Conor (MacDougall) attempts to deal with his mother’s (Jones) illness and the bullying of his classmates by escaping into a fantastical world of monsters and fairy tales that explore courage, loss, and faith.
