Fun Size Horror: Volume Two Now Streaming on Hulu
The Fun Size Horror series of short films is, as its name implies, a lot of fun… and there’s some pretty impressive talent involved in Volume Two, which just hit Hulu through FilmBuff. If you missed them when they ran individually on FunSizeHorror.com during the Halloween season, then swing on by Hulu. Here are more details…
From the Press Release:
FUN SIZE HORROR: VOLUME TWO is available now on Hulu and will expand to additional online platforms shortly. The film was produced by Fun Size Horror co-founders Zeke Pinheiro, Michael May, and Mali Elfman.
The shorts were helmed by 13 different directors and star Karen Gillan, Tracie Thoms, and Adi Shankar with James Ransone, Megan Duffy, Mali Elfman, and Diva Zappa. All artwork in the film was provided by Clive Barker.
FUN SIZE HORROR: VOLUME TWO is a mix-tape of genre tales that explores horror from a group of unique and exciting filmmakers. The shorts range from horror conventions gone wrong and ghostly romps to hauntings and nail-biting rodent infestations. All the films are carefully placed into one feature length film designed to chill and delight horror fans.
Directors (in order of films as seen on screen) include Grant Olin, Michael May, Zeke Pinheiro, Peter Chun Mao Wu, Stephen Boyer, Max Isaacson, Mark Alan Miller, Patrick Rea, Vivian Lin, Ned Ehrbar, Andrew Wesman, Taylor Phillips, and Karen Gillan.
Up next for the Fun Size Horror team is a community-building crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo. It’s a bit different in that it’s not a campaign for a specific film project but rather a way for the company, which distributes original and submitted horror films, to build an infrastructure and “make it easier for filmmakers everywhere to participate on FunSizeHorror.com and to make their wildest nightmares come to life!”
