The news of a new demonic film is enough to get us excited on its own, but the news of one starring horror legend Tony Todd has us literally buzzing.
Scream at the Devil follows a young artist who suffers from schizophrenia and finds herself falling into a deeper and deeper state of insanity after discovering that her husband was having an affair with another woman, even believing that Satan speaks to her.
Coming from director Joseph Paul Stachura, who bought us 2011’s Redemption, Scream at the Devil also stars Bill Oberst, Jr., Shari Shattuck, and Jane Park-Smith. It will be released on March 1st; head over to Amazon to pre-order your copy now!
Synopsis:
Mirium Jones is an artist who suffers from schizophrenia. Estranged from her husband, Gabriel, because of his affair with a younger woman, Mirium travels alone to the land of her dreams. Sad and lost, she finds herself in an ancient land where she comes face to face with a haunting mosaic of Satan; it seems to speak to her… and her alone.
After returning to L.A., Mirium reunites with her husband, and they set out to begin a new life in a new home, isolated in the forest many miles from any town or city. Strange images begin to haunt Mirium, and after a violent altercation, Gabriel disappears. Alone and isolated, terrifying demonic manifestations begin to drive Mirium to the edge of SANITY !
