Silent Hill Live Coming to the UK

Many fans now consider the Silent Hill franchise to be dead and buried after Konami cancelled Silent Hills, then announced a Pachinko arcade game in the series as a way for them to make a quick buck without any effort or artistic integrity. Not to mention all the recent horror stories about how the publisher is treating its employees and how the corporate structure seems to be in a state of confusion. And worst of all, they screwed up the Silent Hill HD Collection, releasing a broken, buggy mess.

Anyway, Akira Yamaoka, who worked as a composer on both the games and films in the series, will perform live concerts featuring music from the franchise across cities in England. Details on dates and locations are on the poster below, and you can get your tickets here.

It’s okay, Silent Hill fans; you can stop crying now. We may not be getting Silent Hills, but there is yet hope for the franchise.
