The biggest news out of San Diego Comic-Con last night came from the Marvel panel when Kevin Feige dropped the bomb: Blade is beeing rebooted with Oscar winner Mahershala Ali (Green Book, Moonlight, True Detective) as the titular half-man, half-vamp crusader!
No other details were revealed but the big question on everyone’s mind is: Will Wesley Snipes (who made Blade iconic in the original trilogy of films) be involved? I think most of us certainly hope so. Of course, we’ll be keeping our ears to the ground to bring you additional details as news develops. Stay tuned!
