Even though Dead Rising 2 kicked a copious amount of ass, one thing missing was the protagonist from the original game, Frank West. I mean, after all he went through at the mall, it's kind of impossible not to long for another round of zombie killing mayhem with the guy. Capcom, bless its heart, has listened and is now ready to deliver. From the Press Release:

We’re only a couple of weeks away from the long awaited launch of Splatterhouse, and Namco has provided us two new batches of screenshots, one focusing solely on Splatter Kills and the other showing off some of the Survival Arenas and Alternate Masks that are available for the game. Synopsis:

I ran into The Guild's creator/star Felicia Day at last month's Halo: Reach launch party and HAD to ask about Rock of the Dead, the new guitar controller rail shooter that she voices alongside her "Dr. Horrible" co-star, Neil Patrick Harris, with music by Rob Zombie.

Please Namco ... give us this game like yesterday! All these trailers and teaser screens! They're making us drool non-stop. We've ruined at least three shirts and every now and then we pee a little.

Horror gamers all of the country have been eagerly awaiting Red Dead Redemption's "Undead Nightmare" DLC which will see the dead rising in the old West on October 26th, and Rockstar Games has released a ton of info! From the Press Release

As tech hounds, we are intrigued by the Kinect for Xbox 360. Controlling our consoles via voice and facial recognition along with hand gestures just seems damn cool, but the games announced thus far have left us cold. We want to see how this new tech applies to the horror genre, and now, thanks to Sega of America, it looks as if some of that promise will be realized!

Welly well well, darlings. It seems there's a new racing game with a twist coming to the Xbox 360 and PS3 this fall titled Blood Drive, and it is being touted as "Shaun of The Dead meets Mad Max meets Death Race" (the ORIGINAL, I'm hoping).
