True Blood - Now Available in Comic Book Form!
New UK Bloodsucker Flick Blood and Roses
We were just directed to a new film being made right now in the UK by first-time director Simon Aitken called Blood and Roses. It’s significant to us because one of our favorite journalists/actresses is in it: Axelle Carolyn. She’s been taking bit parts in more and more movies as of late, and it’s always great to see her on screen.

Sexy True Blood Poster
Yes, there's more to this poster for the upcoming vampire series “True Blood”, but what more do you really need to see? Sexy lips, sexy tongue, just the right amount of plasma ... yep, that’s good enough for me.

Twilight Teaser #2 & New Stills
I am not sure of the actual ratio of our female-to-male readers, but I am going to risk it and say we have at least 5 women who read the site. The lowball number is based strictly on the lack of Twilight fan fiction on our forums.

This Blood's for You!
Let's say vampires were an integrated part of society; it'd be socially unacceptable for them to just go around sucking regular folks dry. The good thing about the Japanese is that they'd quickly find a way to not only make a buck off the potential plight but also provide a cool and refreshing way for the suckheads to quench their thirst.
Yet More Blood: The Last Vampire Images!
Reader "girlcreeture" just dropped us a line with a heads up about a whole slew of new-to-us images from Chris Nahon’s Blood: The Last Vampire, the live-action adaptation of the badass anime of the same name, both from 24 FPS and the blog Silicon & Cigarettes.

Red Returns to Vamps With Nightlife
During the Weekend of Horrors this past weekend, Eric Red (pictured with John Fallon), screenwriter of The Hitcher and Near Dark and director of Body Parts and Bad Moon, took part in a Q&A to discuss his upcoming film, 100 Feet, which is still settling on a distribution deal. Once the film is out, he’s poised to return to the sub-genre he kicked so much ass with in Near Dark with a new vampire film called Nightlife.
Aiden on Updating Lost Boys Music
The makers of The Lost Boys: The Tribe sure are taking the film’s heritage seriously, bringing back both characters and music from Joel Schumacher’s original for the sequel, which hits DVD July 29th (pre-order it here).
