Ever since he whipped ass in Rob Zombie's Halloween movies (say what you want about them, it doesn't change the fact that Mane was a good Myers), we've been wondering just when we'd be seeing Tyler Mane back doing what he does best ... causing violent mayhem. That time has come. From the Press Release
Halloween weekend is fast approaching. Pumpkins? Check! Costume? Check! New Saw film? Check! Rob Zombie's Halloween II? Ch... What the hell?
We're just a few minutes away from midnight here on the West Coast, and the PR machine for Rob Zombie's Halloween II is not done yet! You should have known they'd have one last trick up their sleeves: a hop on the motion poster bandwagon just in time for the film's nationwide release.
Oh my. With Zombieween II just around the corner you can now feast your eyes on one of the most ridiculous looking things that will likely come out of Friday's cinematic experience should you decide to subject yourself to it. It's just so silly, regardless of context.
In the first version of Halloween Rob Zombie had Myers speak one word, "Boo", referring of course to Laurie Strode's pet name as a baby. The scene didn't work, and Zombie wisely cut it. Will the "giant" be speaking in the sequel?
To go along with the latest still posted just below this story, Dread Central snagged one that's exclusive to our site, and I have to say it looks pretty damn sweet!
The 400th still from Rob Zombie's Halloween II appeared online today, and this one is actually rockin' some moments we've been waiting to see.
Wondering what's gonna be next for Mane after Michael does his thing this August? He's heading down to indie town, to explore a little known place called Penance Lane.
We've seen a lot of them, but these next two are by far the ones that kicks the most ass. And where are they from, you ask? One's on the cover of the new issue of Fangoria, and the other comes to us as per usual from Zombie's MySpace page, that's where!
Without question one of the best parts of Rob Zombie's Halloween was Danielle Harris. Say what you want about the rest of the movie, she was spot-on the entire time. You could feel her fear. That's precisely why when the news broke that she'd be back for the sequel we were all pretty happy. If these latest pictures are any indication, she's happy too!
Now that filming has wrapped on Rob Zombie's Halloween 2, he must have figured it was time to reveal a taste of what we can expect when Michael Myers once again dons the mask, even if it will be for only a small part of the film as reported previously.
Hey Halloween fans! You know that mask you love so very much? Well, you may not be seeing as much of it as you'd like to in Rob Zombie's upcoming Halloween 2.
A couple of updates on the Rob Zombie's Halloween 2 front: a new picture of Scout as Laurie and even a video chat with Tyler Mane!
Nothing says Halloween quite like the image of Michael Myers walking down the street. And now today, thanks to an update from Rob Zombie's MySpace page, we have the promise of something "very nasty" taking place the night of Halloween 2.
