If you had told me when Paul WS Anderson’s Death Race came out that it was destined to spawn a direct-to-DVD franchise, I would have rolled my eyes. Shows what I know. The Death Race franchise carries on with a third installment...and a familiar name in the director's chair.

In case you didn't have enough of finding out exactly who shits on the sidewalk the first time out, the sequel to the remake of Death Race is now on its way from Universal.
