We have a little something for everyone this week: teenagers and newlyweds fighting for their survival, an alien-caused apocalypse, a revenge-starved botched abortion survivor, a Twilight spoof, and even a "dark" ballet.

We don't want to get our hopes up too high, but it's starting to seem like we're seeing a true resurgence in the indie horror market. Thanks to entities like Truly Indie, "little" films such as The Canyon are getting theatrical releases across the country. Granted, they're small, limited releases, but these days horror fans are happy to take what we can get!
