Rob Zombie Promises “Tons of Exclusive Cool Stuff” on THE MUNSTERS YouTube Channel

Rob Zombie has been titillating his Instagram followers with updates on his cinematic reboot of The Munsters for weeks. For example, check out some recent images from Ex Mortis special effects studio below.

Soon, Zombie and Munsters fans will have a new spot to look for updates on the new movie: The Munsters YouTube Channel! The shock-rocker turned filmmaker tells his followers:
“At the moment it is only stuff from the classic show, but in the future, we will be loading tons of exclusive cool stuff from the upcoming movie.”
Sheri Moon Zombie has reportedly been cast as Lily Munster, while Jeff Daniel Phillips (The Lords of Salem, 3 from Hell) will play Herman. Daniel Roebuck and Richard Brake have also been cast in undisclosed roles along with Jorge Garcia (Lost) and Cassandra Peterson (Elvira, Mistress of the Dark).
The original Munsters featured Fred Gwynne as Herman, Yvonne De Carlo as Lily, Al Lewis as Grandpa, Butch Patrick as Eddie, and Pat Priest and Beverly Owen as Marilyn. Mel Blanc and Bob Hastings voiced The Raven. NBC tried to revive it back in 2012 with Bryan Fuller’s Mockingbird Lane with Jerry O’Connell and Portia de Rossi. But it never happened.
