Xavier Gens Brings a Horde of Zombies!

The Horde! We need more zombies! Not the low budget kind, but those of the French persuasion!

CinEuropa granted that wish with a story about The Horde, a film about four corrupt policemen in Paris having to deal with a sudden outbreak of the undead. Sounds like a simple story, but writing credits are split up among Dahan, Rocher, Arnaud Bordas and Stéphane Moissakis. I'm guessing there's more to the plot than just zombies killing bad cops?

The film has only just started its two-month shoot so we're not sure when this will start making the film festival circuit, but we do know it has distribution set up.

Yannick Dahan and Benjamin Rocher will be sharing director duties while Frontier(s) (review) helmer Xavier Gens sits in as the executive producer.
