In a world full of terror, high gas prices, corrupt political figures and war, what we really need now is some adult animation. Remember the fun times with Ralph Bakshi, when cartoons didn't have to be bright and full of bullshit to sell toys? Rob Zombie does! Yeah!!!
Rob Zombie's MySpace blog dropped the info today that Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill!'s lovely Varla (Tura Satana) would be reprising her famous role in the animated film The Haunted World of El Superbeasto!
But what is she going to be doing in the cartoon? Rob laid it out for us with a simple sentence, "The scene involves Varla and Otis from The Devil's Rejects." These sound like cameos that will actually work for a change!

Whoa, Zombie is actually doing something cool with this movie! "Faster Pussycat!" is one of my all time favorite movies, and Varla may as well have been a Firefly. I'm psyched.
