Ultimate Evil Dead?

Another damn Evil Dead? There's no way to confirm this so early in the morning, but it seems legit enough if it came from the mouth of Red Shirt Pictures prez Michael Felsher, who was in attendance at the recent Cinema Wasteland convention in Cleveland.

Along with Tom Sullivan, the two confirmed with the folks at Horror Movies.ca that there is yet another edition of The Evil Dead on the way, though it will not be the Cabin Set that’s been rumored for so long. Apparently Anchor Bay/Starz has ditched that idea.

What it will be is Evil Dead: The Ultimate Edition, a three-disc set that will have some brand new documentaries and other features. Check out the full spec list over at Horror Movies.ca, and keep it here for more word as it clarifies itself!

Exactly what 'Creepy said. I have the BOTD version, and have no intention of replacing it. The only one I could use a "better" version of would be "Army of Darkness."

Old Anchor Bay's gonna have to work really hard to top the Book of the Dead packaging.
