We’ve got no details whatsoever on this (yet), but according to the official site for First Look Home Entertainment, they’ll be putting both a Steelbook and Blu-ray edition of Neil Marshall’s freshman film, Dog Soldiers, on DVD soon!
The Steelbook edition is due to hit on April 7th, the Blu-ray on May 5th. We heard from some sources close to the director, and apparently he’s not aware of these new editions at all, so don’t expect any new material from Marshall on either, which is a shame.
Still no word on when or if we'll ever see Dog Soldiers II: Fresh Meat, but man I hope so. Sure it's been almost 10 years (whoa...) since the original, but I could still use a dose of more badass werewolf action.

Yeah what did happen with part 2, I remember them bringing props for promos for that to comiccon one year it seemed so really to go, then nothin, weird

I doubt it will have any new features. Nu Image brought First Look in 2006 so that they could distribute their own films, however they haven't been able to pay off their debt. So they're just re-releaseing/dumping the more popular titles in First Look's libary.

i wonder what the hold up is on dog soldiers II i gave up and thought that film was scrapped
