Rathbone will have a leading role in Dread, which is the story of Quaid, a philosophy student who comes up with a series of experiments to see how others deal with images that horrify them. Plagued by dreams of an axe-murdering clown his entire life, Quaid’s sick experiments on his captured victims soon reveal some very twisted truths about his own mind. Cameras will roll on Dread, the third in the Books of Blood film series, following Midnight Meat Train and Book of Blood.
