Play Fetch with Fido
Did you think zombie domestication ended with Shaun of the Dead? Nope. Domestic zombies have been around since the 1950's, or at least in the world of Fido they have, and today the boys at Bloody Disgusting got a whole bunch of new photographic evidence of it.
Fido, directed by Andrew Currie, takes place in the small town of Willard in the 1950's. The human race has survived a zombie uprising, and through a new scientific breakthrough the undead have become household slaves. A special collar placed around a zombie's neck is what keeps them under control, but all is not what it seems in this new world.
Timmy Robinson's (K’Sun Ray) family have recently purchased a zombie, named Fido, of their own. Though suspicious at first Timmy soon bonds with the pet his mother (Carrie-Anne Moss) just had to have to help around the house.
But what would happen if that collar were to become damaged or turn out defective? We'll find out next year.
