Metallica Exposes Zombie Conspiracy in All Nightmare Long Video

Metallica's new album Death Magnetic offers blistering guitars, a cacophony of double bass drums, and something overlooked by most modern rock bands: ZOMBIE ARMAGEDDON! Yahoo Music is hosting the premiere of Metallica's new video for "All Nightmare Long", which is the tale of Russia's experiments in cell re-animation and its incredibly effective application on the populace of the global atomic threat known as the United States of America!

This wildly imaginative video runs just under 9 minutes long. Dig it below!

...Man, after watching that, I'm really hoping someone would do a feature length "Alternate Reality Cold War Zombie Apocalypse" movie.

Or hell, better yet. A comic series.

Hammet's collection of memorabilia is pretty impressive. There's a room in his house called, er, The Room, that is incredible.

This is the only song on the album with a decent hook.

And Hammett also payed half-a-million dollars for an original 'Karloff as THE MUMMY' poster. The same design he has on that famous guitar of his.

Nice little nod to "Re-Animator"'s Rufus the cat.

Incidentally, Kirk Hammett owns the original Dr. Hill head from the first "Re-Animator." Gotta love famous fans. :)

That's the best thing Metallica has done in over 15 years. Even the song is (dare I say?) good.

I never liked Metallica but the old school horror movie feel of this was awesome.
