Another bit of interesting news coming from the Weekend of Horrors, this time from Andrew Kasch. Daniel Knauf, best known as the creator of Carnivale, just announced his latest project; Exodus.
Sadly, it will not be a documentary about the Bay Area metal band, nor the story of the Promised Land, but rather Exodus will be a four-hour miniseries about, you guessed it, the End of the World. The story will follow survivors trying to track down a place where, presumably, they can continue surviving.
Knauf announced the tele-movie during the panel for Fear Itself, the NBC offshoot of Masters of Horror that will premiere this summer. Knauf wrote the Ronnie Yu-helmed “Family Man”, about a man who switches bodies with a serial killer during a near-death experience.
Plan you end of the world scenario in the Dread Central forums!

That's it, I'm taking my jean jacket with my Exodus back patch out of the closet and wearing it.

EXODUS. The band. Heh. Some call them the heaviest band ever. I call them homeboys.
It's all about Bonded By Blood though. Look for them this year on Nightmare Alley (which is is is coming...new and improved after a year of turmoil)
That said...I'm looking forward to this mini-series. A LOT.

It would be fucking awesome to have a doc on the band...Exodus is fucking METAL. Anyone who's not sure, check out the Impact Is Imminent album. So a four hour miniseries? Didn't they already do this with Stephen King's The Stand?
