Complete Limits, More Gallery on DVD

Loyal reader Sam Hell dropped us a line this weekend, pointing us to some very cool DVD news for fans of old-school anthology horror shows.

The Digital Bits has learned that MGM will release The Outer Limits: The Original Series Complete Box Set on October 21st, 2008. The set will contain all 49 original episodes of the show on 7 discs and will hopefully come with some sexy features as well. You can pre-order the box set through Evilshop now. Please note: Amazon has the release date as November 4th; hard to tell which is right.

The Bits also got word that Universal will finally be releasing Night Gallery: Season Two on November 18th, 2008. The 5-disc set will come with all 61 episodes, including audio commentary, behind-the-scenes featurettes, and more. Click here to pre-order the set via Evilshop!

Finally, word is that Poltergeist: 25th Anniversary Deluxe Edition will be hitting Blu-ray on October 14th. All the same features from the current SE release will be in place, of course, and it’s going to look amazing. Click here to pre-order Poltergeist on Blu-ray!
