It’s hard to believe that the Sundance Film Festival is already upon us, but yeah, man, time flies. The initial line-up has been announced, and as far as we can tell, there’s just one genre entry in the crop, A Ghost Story.

Written and directed by David Lowery (Pete’s Dragon, Peter Pan), A Ghost Story stars Casey Affleck (ParaNorman, The Killer Inside Me), Rooney Mara (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, A Nightmare on Elm Street), Will Oldham, Sonia Acevedo, Rob Zabrecky, and Liz Franke.

The film tells the tale of a ghost and the house he haunts.

The Festival will host screenings in Park City, Salt Lake City, and at Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah from January 19 through 29, 2017.
