Prolific indie filmmaker James Cullen Bressack’s (To Jennifer, Hate Crime, 13/13/13) new film, Pernicious (review), is getting set to hit limited theaters and VOD on June 19th; and we’ve got a brand new one-sheet to prove it!

Oh, and in case you’re wondering… the word “pernicious” is essentially the same as insidious, meaning something that is fatal, wicked, and/or just plain evil.

From the Press Release:
Benetone Films releases Pernicious, the new film from James Cullen Bressack, June 19 in theaters and On Demand. Pernicious, starring Emmy-nominated Emily O’Brien (“The Young and the Restless”), Ciara Hanna (“Power Rangers”), and Jackie Moore (100 Ghost Street), is “a carnival for the eyes” (Dread Central) and “sexy, bloody, and heinous” (Horror News). The movie tells of three young girls, holidaying in Thailand, who unleash the spirit of a murdered child with only one thing on her mind – revenge.

The film was written by Bressack and Taryn Hillin. Producers are Rachvin Narula, Kulthep Narula, and Daemon Hillin with Rajpal Narula, Deepak Simhal, Ajay Vasu, Farid Khan, and Albert Sandoval as executive producers.
