New Poster for Blood

Not much has been said about the teen werewolf film Blood & Chocolate since shooting wrapped on it a few months back, but now that it’s set for release on January 26th, 2007, MGM’s art department has come up with a brand new poster for the flick.
Upcoming Horror Movies found it and I gotta say it’s pretty damn classy. The story, for those of you who have likely forgotten, is about a girl whose spent most of her life denying her true nature as a werewolf, but her secret is threatened to be revealed when she falls for an American human. The choice comes down between loyality to her family or to her own heart. Awwwww. Hey, as long as there’s some badass werewolf action, I’ll take a love story wrapped around it just fine.
The film is based on the novel of the same name by Annette Curtis Klause (get it here), with a screen adaptation penned by Ehren (The Ring, The Ring 2) Krueger. To give you an idea how old this movie is, check out my interview with Kruger from two years ago in which he discusses the project.
