New Date for Mandy Lane

When the Weinstein Company snatched up the distribution rights to All the Boys Love Mandy Lane, one of the most talked about slashers in recent memory, the old crawling fear that I get whenever the Weinsteins get their hands on horror appeared with force. It would be at least a year before this would hit theaters, I just knew it.
And look how right I was (very, in case you’re wondering)! But the good news is the endless delays and date switches seem to be at an end; Fangoria learned yesterday that new distributor Senator Pictures will be putting Mandy Lane in theaters this April 25th. It will go out to just over 1,000 screens so be sure to check your local listings as we get closer!
All the Boys Love Mandy Lane is the story of the titular high school girl, the object of any straight man’s affection. She decides to go away with some “friends” for a weekend of fun, each guy hoping to be the first to touch the untouchable, but one admirer in particular takes things farther than anyone expected, killing anyone who gets in his way to get to her.
