First Grimm Season 4 Wesen Revealed; See the Concept Art for Octo-ManA ruthless and sophisticated new Wesen is heading to Portland when NBC’s “Grimm” returns this fall for its fourth season. Have a look at Octo-Man, who puts a target on Trubel’s back and by all accounts is quite the slimy fellow!

Per TV Guide, the Gedächtnis Esser (aka Octo-Man) is a nefarious new Wesen who can attach his tentacles to your head and steal all your memories, leaving you either dead or with severe amnesia.

“This guy is… a high-tech spy who is involved with some highly placed military intelligence personnel,” says series co-creator David Greenwalt. Though Octo-Man will claim many victims, he specifically targets the feisty new Grimm in town, Trubel (Jacqueline Toboni), and that, notes Greenwalt, “will leave her in a very dire state.”

As you may recall, the Season 3 finale ended with Det. Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) losing his superpowers. When the show returns (on Friday, October 24th), how will he and girlfriend Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) be coping with things?

“For Juliette, it’s been no fun being in love with a Grimm — in fact, it’s nonstop stress and constant risk,” notes co-creator Jim Kouf. “Would it be so bad if Nick didn’t get his powers back? It’s like asking Superman, ‘If you had the choice, would you stop being a superhero, marry Lois Lane, and live normally — and happily ever after — in Kansas?'”

We’re pretty sure that won’t be the case for Nick; otherwise, there’s be no show! Rest assured we’ll have more for you following the “Grimm” panel on Saturday, July 26th:

3:00-3:45 PM – “Grimm” Season 4 – Ballroom 20
First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes a reception with an angry Wesen village! Adalind with an empty baby carriage?! Nick’s Grimm powers pillaged?! Captain Renard’s blood spillage?! Season 3 left us screaming for answers! Join your fellow “Grimmsters” for a panel filled with Wesen, Season 4 themes, and of course, a Q&A session with the cast and producers: co-stars David Giuntoli, Russell Hornsby, Bitsie Tulloch, Silas Weir Mitchell, Reggie Lee, Sasha Roiz, Bree Turner, and Claire Coffee and executive producers/writers Jim Kouf, David Greenwalt, and Norberto Barba. Moderated by Mary McNamara of the Los Angeles Times.

Flying Wolf! New Rampage Trailer Swoops In

Published

on

Last month, we shared the crazy-ass trailer for “The Rock vs Three Huge Animals” movie Rampage. And we were all surprised by how serious the movie looks.

Well if that trailer wasn’t enough to get you at least interested in watching titanic beasts curb-stomping entire cities, then maybe today’s new trailer will do the trick.

Give it watch below and then let us know what you think!

Rampage is directed by Brad Peyton and stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Naomie Harris, Malin Akerman, Jake Lacy, Joe Manganiello, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

The film hits theaters April 20.

Synopsis:
Primatologist Davis Okoye (Johnson), a man who keeps people at a distance, shares an unshakable bond with George, the extraordinarily intelligent silverback gorilla who has been in his care since birth. But a rogue genetic experiment gone awry transforms this gentle ape into a raging monster. To make matters worse, it’s soon discovered there are other similarly altered alpha predators.

As these newly created monsters tear across North America, destroying everything in their path, Okoye teams with a discredited genetic engineer to secure an antidote, fighting his way through an ever-changing battlefield, not only to halt a global catastrophe but to save the fearsome creature that was once his friend.
