Trigger Man comes homeTi West’s well-reviewed follow-up to The Roost, the subtle but effective Trigger Man, has been picked up by Kino International for domestic release, with all foreign rights going to Screen Media Ventures, according to Daily Variety.

The film was made as part of Larry Fessenden’s Glass Eye Pix, who also helped get The Roost made, and telling of a group of friends who go out for a normal hunting trip and soon become targeted by a snipper. Man that would just suck.

West’s next film is Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever, which wrapped production a few months ago and is currently awaiting some final word from Lionsgate before release. He will next direct House of the Devil, which rolls in January, with Fessenden once again producing. Very cool!

In other Glass Eye news, it was announced yesterday that Automatons would see it’s way to DVD on January 29th from Facets Multi Media. Visit the official Trigger Man site for more on the film, and we’ll throw you more release details when we nab ‘em!
