Created by director Darren Bousman along with Repo cohort Terrance Zdunich, The Devil's Carnival stars Bill Moseley, Slipknot's The Clown, Ivan Moody, Briana Evigan, J. LaRose, Alexa Vega, Ogre, Paul Sorvino, Marc Senter, Sean Patrick Flanery, and Emilie Autumn, who is pictured below in the new artwork as the Painted Doll.
