Get Teased By a Burlesque Massacre

Sometimes it seems horror filmmakers sit around and rack their brains trying to think of new locations, events, or occupations to base slasher movies around. For example, a new indie slasher is in the works titled Burlesque Massacre. Don't recall any slasher type horror flicks built entirely around burlesque dancing, do you?

Currently in post-production, Timberwolf Entertainment's Burlesque Massacre from director Timothy Whitfield is described as "an off-the-wall, over-the-top tribute to 80's slasher films with a Saw twist." A deranged burlesque dancer lures a group of female performers to her brother's home. What follows promises to deliver plenty of "gore, nudity, lesbian love affairs, and all-around bad taste."
