UPDATE: New Lambs Sequel? Hopkins Back?

What's this we hear? Ridley Scott and Anthony Hopkins are re-teaming to bring Hannibal Lecter back to the big screen for the fourth time? And what's this? Cate Blanchett will be playing the new Clarice Starling?
Well, we're not so sure where website Contact Music is getting its information from, but that is exactly what they're reporting.
They even have a comment from a spokesperson for Universal: "Hopkins and Scott are both very committed. We like what we've got, and the revised script is really, really good."
Revised script? Sequel? Someone get me some aspirin! Please! Sit tight while we await studio confirmation, but for now you can file this one and its fava beans in the rumor bin.
