Blumhouse’s The Hunt may have been shelved in the aftermath of several mass-shootings, but American Hunt from High Octane Pictures aims to fill the void. Billing itself as “the most controversial horror release of 2019”, producers are clearly unafraid of potential backlash. Give the trailer a spin at the top of the article.

Synopsis:
A group of friends is torn apart when they become part of two human hunter’s sick game. The men give them ten minutes to hide, and then the real hunt begins.

Written and directed by Aaron Mirtes (Clowntergeist), and starring Lacy Hartselle, Taylor Novak, and Allison Shrum, American Hunt begins December 3rd on DVD and Digital from High Octane Pictures.
