We’ve lost another incredible character actor as word has come that the always wonderful Harry Dean Stanton has passed on at the wondrous old age of 91.
Stanton has touched our genre many times during his vast career, most recently in Showtime’s “Twin Peaks,” but horror fans will always remember him from much heralded works such as Alien and The Green Mile and cult classics like Repo Man and Christine.
Stanton died of natural causes Friday, September 15, 2017, in Los Angeles. He will be missed sorely.
