#SDCC17: Resident Evil’s Nemesis and Dead Rising’s Frank West Join Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite

Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite certainly isn’t a horror game, but we learned at the San Diego Comic-Con that it has added two very well-known horror characters to its roster. They come in the form of the Nemesis, the primary antagonist from Resident Evil 3, and Frank West, the photojournalist from the Dead Rising franchise.
A new trailer shows both of them kicking ass alongside the also newly confirmed Spider-Man and Mike Haggar.
The Capcom side of Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite’s roster will also include characters such as Dante from Devil May Cry, Mega Man X, Chris Redfield, Ryu, and Nathan Spencer from Bionic Commando, whilst the Marvel side will include Iron Man, Thor, Doctor Strange, The Hulk, Black Panther, and Captain America. Due to Disney’s bitter ongoing feud with 20th Century Fox, X-Men and Fantastic Four characters are unlikely to appear.
Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite will be released on PS4, Xbox One, and PC in the US on September 19, 2017.
