This Poster for Countrycide Took Me On a Roller Coaster of Expectations

A new poster for the upcoming horror/thriller Countrycide has been released and I gotta tell you that I went through quite the confusing journey when I first saw it. You see, I didn’t see the entire poster in one fell swoop. Rather, I got sent a file that was very large, so I had to scroll down to see the entire thing. When I saw the top 1/3rd, I thought to myself, “She’s being attacked by a wolf. C’mon, there are wolves in the background, so that’s gotta be it. Scroll to the middle 1/3rd and there I was thinking, “That is actually one helluva charley horse. I’ve had those and they suck! She’ll get over it.” Finally, I made my way to the bottom 1/3rd and found myself saying, “Welp, she’s not gonna be doing the tango anytime soon!” Was that a great story? Nah. But I found it very humorous when I went through it and I just wanted to share it with someone. You can go through my experience by checking out the poster below.
Countrycide stars Robin Hodge, Joel Elliott, Peter Whittaker and Andrew Galligan, and will be hitting the festival circuit this summer.
Synopsis:
A woman is lost, alone in the woods with a bear trap on her leg. It is a matter of survival as she must combat the elements, her pain and predators of both the two and four legged variety.
