Agony Gives Kickstarter a Taste of Hell

The coverage that we’ve given to Agony thus far has lead me to believe that it could be a return to old school, sick as fuck survival horror, so I for one would be proud to support the game via its newly launched Kickstarter campaign.

Publisher PlayWay were even kind enough to include Dread Central in two graphics (at the bottom of the page) detailing which sites wrote about Agony, along with a quote from yours truly. They even included another one of my quotes (at 0:32) in the trailer below!

You will begin your journey as tormented soul within the depths of hell, without any memories about your past.

The special ability to control people on your path, and even possess simple minded demons, gives you the necessary measures to survive in the extreme conditions you are in.

By exploring the hostile environment and interacting with other weary souls of the hellscape, the hero will soon understand that there is only one way to escape from Hell, and it will require meeting the mystical Red Goddess.
